  • identify plausible changes in employment, the first areas affected
  • pinpoint plausible “cascade” phenomena
  • highlight the necessary adaptations in order to
    • the company to remain efficient and have a societal commitment
    • the individual in terms of training, transition
  • define the necessary support for the individual/company/civil society and governments
